[Q] Problem with "USB Connect " Mtk6572

I have a problem with my mobile Gt-i9190(i9500) mtk6572

can't access to my mass storage

when i try to connect usb to my mobile , it's charge my mobile but dont
access to mass storage

i try to install phone util.apk but not install

and try to use code (*#7284#) but it's not working ,

i won't help please

Not sure, since your phone isn't 'really' a Galaxy S4 Mini as you mentioned 'mtk6572' which makes it a clone. But maybe install the correct drive for it? But you'll have to Google it, since Samsung driver ain't going to work.

and what should i do right now , reset my mobile like , i jusy buy it
iwont all apps system i unistall it back and make this problem Not exist

Did you even read my comment? have you tried to Google for Mtk6572 driver and installed it? If you have does it install properly or show error message?

I download , MTK Driver For windows 7 32bit , but the .exe
don't Open The Message " Close The Program " !!!

You need to post the question on MediaTek forums. I don't have MediaTek phones and are unfamiliar with it.

Are there anything Like .apk apps or any code , i can do to reset
Mode USB /UART from modem to PDR somthing like that , or any apps make
phone util.apk installed in my phone ?!!!!!!!
