1st thanks for a great job

I noted a unusual maintained cpu consumption of the app, an average of 15%, note that the main system is around 3% of cpu consumption.

I think it could be a leak where checking time to fire profiles, a while loop without sleep or any thing else.

I assume that is the billing service, that controls the market license.
i have installed os-monitor and, same as you, the app is in the top for a while,
but the app is not writing data to the log (and I write to the log each time that
I execute), and also os-monitor is saying app is idle.
a bit confused with the info provided by os-monitor...
also, my app includes 2 type of rules:
not-monitorized: based on time, battery, phone cell: check this has no resources
compsumition due that are notified by the system (only when changes)
monitorized: based on bt or wifi: the check is forzed each time, but the battery
and resources compsumition is really small, and the app don't uses wakelocks
