Well... make one for odexed rom too cause my rom is not deodexed (not only me bt of many other users also :| )..
Btw... u can try fixing the rom that is currently made for our device nd you'll surely get loads and loads of thanks..

Its very easy to run the wallchooser on odex roms. Simply delete your stock wallchooser.apk/odex after making backup and then flash my Galaxy Grand Neo/2 wallchooser and it will work.
I can't help you in fixing ur rom but i can mention you some people on xda which would help you guys in fixing your issues.
