Deleted com.android.providers.downloads can't download from market

I was deleting some of the services related to media hub and I accidentally deleted com.android.providers.downloads.i have a backup in titanium but it won't let me install it (no option to.tried the batch thing) how do I fix this?

You can't reinstall apps with titanium that you deleted, at least I think not..
Use odin to go back to stock. You really shouldn't be messing with things there if you don't know what your doing :)

well I can't seem to just install the apk. can someone show me how to use adb to push it? (never had to do it before) thanks

Not quite sure what the OP did... but I had to wipe my phone once... downloaded Titanium again [rooted first of course], and had my phone back to how it was.
Worked awesome for me.
