I think some people are having issues because they might be running MX2 instead of Droid x2? That is the only thing I can think of. Because if you are running MX2 you have a different kernel from the original Droid X2. I have not tried running CM7 so I can not confirm or deny this fact.

I just took a 10 second video like this to test it. No issues, No FCs, No problems. It took the video fine. I went to the gallery and replayed the video. No problems. Weird.

The only thing I can think of that causes problems in one and not the other is slightly different hardware. They might be the same but have different revisions or even made at a different factory. While I don't suffer from FC I do suffer from the root hang, wifi & GPS dropping.

I'm one that has had no issues so far with CM7rc1 wifi works fine. Way better than stock.
Have it on 2 dx2s.

+1 same here rc1 to me is a very reliable daily driver
