AFAIK some 3rd party browsers can help.

Adobe won't make flash for mobile.
Apple won't make QT 64-bit for Windows.
Phone makers won't release 7.8 for supported devices.
...

What's going with big companies today?

no flash player..the most flexible android itself has lost flash support officially..so cant expect fit-for-nothing wp7 to play flash in the browser..i dont know whether opera mobile which was ported to wp7 from wm6.5 by ultrashot supports flash or not..everything happened when html5 started to do what flash used to do more economically, and efficiently..but the point that adobe forgot was so many millions of web pages which used flash had to be redesigned to use html5 instead..they removed support very early..flash should be there for at least another 5 years
