There is a problems on i8000 & wmplayer (at least, but may be not only).

HeadsetService1.3 works only if the screen turned on - otherwise pressing the headset button only switch on the screen.
Also the automatic screen off function doesn't work while player started with HeadsetService1.3.
Badly when the screen is turned on in a pocket.

Is it possible doesn't turn on the screen while the headset button is pressed? Or at least (like PlayPause in HTC case) always turn off the screen, while the handsfree button is pressed.

Best Solution is to check when the headset is connected that the screen doesn't switching on at all except the hardware screen on button. (Include incoming calls, sms and other system notifications like low battery state) (It's may be an option in settings)

ps:It doesn't work with TouchPlayer on "Player" Screen.
(TouchPlayer plays the bettest sound on i8000)

Not working with HTC audio Manager

Hi,
I've been using the headset service for HTC on my blackstone for a few weeks.
It works great with windows media player.

I've just realized that it does not work with the HTC audio manager.
I'm using the latest package from LEO 3.14 ROM (Audio Manager Engine v2.0.20162729.h)

It would be great if you cold fix this bug.

Doesn't work with HTC Audio Manager

Hello!
I was looking for such an app to skip and play/pause track with the headset button on Touch HD and finally found it!
I'm using standart built in player in Touch Flo 3D on Windows 6.1 Pro.
HeadService 1.0 doesn't work with it (. It works fine with Windows Media player and Core player.
May be it doesn't work because I've got russian ROM. If so, is there any simple fix like .txt file editing to allow this app to find russian HTC audio player?
Ready for cooperation/testing.
Thanx!
UPD:
I see that you are using FindWindowW function to detect running player, so in russian ROM built in HTC player window has different name thats why it doesn't work.
But I don't understand wich window you are trying to find when HTC Audio Manager is selected in your app's options. To my mind, the built-in HTC player doesn't have any window, it runs in TF3D window.
May be I don't understand and "HTC Audio Manager" is not a built-in music player in TF3D?

Program launch?

Is it possible to add a feature to launch a program or a shortcut with the headsetbutton?
Or do you know a registry tweak for that?

I've got a problem with Voice Command (a really great prog btw).
I can set the Camera key to run it and with the bluetooth headset it runs also. But with the cable headset I always have to push the button on the phone which is very annoying...

The perfect solution would be:
1 press program/shortcut
2 press play/pause
3 press skip

but i can still command the player by voice, the button would be far better of course!

EDIT:
I got it:
HKLM/Sofware/OEM/VoiceCommand/Path
seems that any prog can be launched by that. but it is the long press of the button...
