It's very stable for me. Also on set up did you use any restore apps or Google to reload previous app? Try a new set up. Hope this is helpful.

Hey I have not seen anyone post on bluetooth issues. I bought these Sony ZX770BT headphones and it shows that its all paired and good but when I play youtube videos the sound goes through the tablets speakers.
Hi,
I have a few questions before flashing this ROM:
My tablet is GT-P5100,
-I have TWRP recovery, should I change to the CWM provided in the links?
-Can you please link me to the GAPPS I need for the cm 12.1 version of this ROM? I only see link to GAPPS 11.
Thanks!
No need to switch to CWM to flash this ROM. You can use TWRP. I do. Just make sure that you have the most recent version to avoid any issues (2.8.7.0). I typically use the GAPPS found at http://opengapps.org/. All you need to do is choose your platform (ARM) and variant of GAPPS that suites your needs. They have a chart that shows what's included in each variant. I normally use either PICO or NANO to get the bare minimum.
Hope that helps.
I have used both and both are stable. Lollipop has a higher memory requirement because of the change to ART that can cause soft-reboots that you won't see with kitkat. Your preference will depend on how you use your tablet and the applications you run. For example, regular Facebook caused bootloops for many so Facebook lite is used. Thanks!
May I ask one more thing: In terms of stability, which one should I flash? The 4.4 KitKat or the new 12.1 CM version of this Linaro rom? And is this rom stable overall?

I currently have 12.1 running on one tab 2 that I use primarily for reading and 11 running on another tab 2 that I work on.

I've flashed the 12.1, and so far so good, no soft reboots with Facebook yet. I'll try Facebook Lite too. But so far, from all the ROMS I tried on the P5100, this one is the smoothest, I hope it will remain !
*Edit: I can't find Facebook Lite on the Play store, I guess it's not supported in my country, is there any other way to download it then?

Your warranty is now void.
I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed.
Please do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM before flashing it!
You are choosing to make these modifications, and if you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh.
Regarding the compatibility with mods or apps, these builds are as compatibile as official CyanogenMod nightly builds.
In software, a toolchain is the set of programming tools that are used to create a product (typically another computer program or system of programs). The tools may be used in a chain, so that the output of each tool becomes the input for the next, but the term is used widely to refer to any set of linked development tools.
A simple software development toolchain consists of a compiler and linker to transform the source code into an executable program, libraries to provide interfaces to the operating system, and a debugger. A complex product such as a video game needs tools for preparing sound effects, music, textures, 3-dimensional models, and animations, and further tools for combining these resources into the finished product.
SaberMod is a AOSP based ROM with some extra features added in and mostly from CyanogenMod. SaberMod started out pure AOSP when android 4.2.1 launched. Originally it was pure AOSP with a few extra features I ported over from CyanogeMod and linaro optimizations. Then I rebased everything off of rasbeanjelly because I liked many features found in rasbean. Since then I've modified a lot of the code so not much of it is rasbeanjelly based anymore. But you will still find some commonly used features found in rasbeanjelly. SaberMod is not a rasbeanjelly or CM clone, or KANG. Custom kernels are included for certain devices when available. These are personal builds we make for ourselves and originally became very popular in the nexus 7 forums. Features are very rarely added, and are built to SaberMod's team members liking. Currently there are two members of SaberMod working on this project. Myself and @jarjar124. Please understand our time is limited and we are only two people who have lives, and do not have 25-50 members like CyanogenMod to add things. And our goal is not to add a bunch of features that bloat the system of the ROM.
Linaro is the place where engineers from the world's leading technology companies define the future of Linux on ARM. The company is a not-for-profit engineering organization with over 120 engineers working on consolidating and optimizing open source software for the ARM architecture, including the GCC toolchain, the Linux kernel, ARM power management, graphics and multimedia interfaces.
