No need to panic. Relax. There is a solution.
Use ADB to push it back. You need Android SDK and drivers for that. Google them and download. Then ask in comments, I will help you step by step.

Go to recovery(CWM will do)(if you don't have CWM skip to last line), if it supports USB Debugging. Plug in your phone to USB. On PC go to android sdk/platform-tools.
Hold shift and right click in white space and click open command window here.
Type adb start-server. Some message of daemon started will come.
Type adb devices. If your device is listed, we can continue. If it doesn't then we choose other method.

Do you have hTC adb drivers on PC? Don't worry we will try other method. I hope you have a Memory Card and a Card Reader in your Laptop.

If you have memory card and reader, don't bother with adb. Copy and paste system/app to anywhere in SD card. Download Aroma File Manager from here. Choose any version above 1.80 I suggest 1.80 or 1.90
Put it in memory card's root folder that is the place when you double click Removable storage from computer and see Android, download, Bluetooth etc folders.

one more question where i put the system/app

system or sys?

Don't mess with /sys
Put just app folder anywhere on SD Card. (I assume you have not deleted anything else than /app).
Go to CWM, Mount System and SD card.
Flash Aroma File Manager zip with CWM. Now touchscreen works.Go to sdcard folder. Copy backed app folder to /system and give permission by long pressing folder as rwxr-xr-x
that is
V V V
V. V
V. V
V is tick mark.
After that reboot. Problem solved.
