[Q] Spotify & USB Tether
Before I get into my question here is some background info, my phone has the "Internet Pass-Through" feature enabled and I am running NOS v1.0.2 HTCOneVZW.
In case anyone does not know, Sense 3.0+ has the ability to take your computers internet connection and send it to the phone via USB cable. In order for this to work you need to install the HTC Sync Manager - HTC Sync Manager Download
- and enable "Internet Pass-Through" in Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Network Sharing > USB Network Setting - change that to "Internet Pass-Through", there is a "Smart Network Sharing" option but I have not tried using it.
Today I was trying to download a few new playlists in Spotify, however none of my downloads would start while my phone was using "Internet Pass-Through", the app would stream songs but it would not download songs while "Internet Pass-Through" was enabled, the second I changed my data connection from "Internet Pass-Through" to 4G my downloads started up.
Is there a way to get Spotify to download playlists via Internet Pass-Through?
