Here is a quick, easy UOT flashable I made for 1.6. I'm no dev or themer, but it's actually one of the better ones I've made so I figured I'd share it with you guys. Since there are a few green tweaks I don't know how to change, I went with a general gingerbread green theme and gray.
Like normal with UOT, wipe cache and dalvik, flash, reboot. Make a backup just in case something crazy happens or you don't like it

Are you porting the newest Sense rom out there? Like the one on the HTC One S, X, etc.?

I seen one leaked by endvor but its gone, but the evo has a rom and so does the sensation! I would love to see it on the amaze! I would be very grateful X
The HTC One X pretty much is an Amaze on slimfast. I would and am still appreciating the BP ROMs and the Bliss ROM that X has made for us, I wouldn't ask too much from any developer when the Amaze doesn't have many. Time we will see great things we just have to wait and watch for them.
Is there an updated link for the Kernel flasher? Wanna give this a try and the link in OP is dead.

1. Reboot to recovery
2. Wipe Data
3. Select rom Flash
4. Reboot Bootloader (HBOOT)
5. Flash kernel in the .zip with the kernel flasher (Kernel Flasher Link)
6. Enjoy sense 3.5
Note: To go back to sense 3.0 use the boot.img from kernel flasher and enjoy
