FOR ALL YOU WITHOUT WIFI, just pull wlan.ko from /system/lib/modules/ in 2.4r2, worked great for me
not sure why, but the md5sum is diff, maybe it had to do with the https thing ? *shrugs* great work jac, this is one of the better ones!
unzip the jac2.4r2 update, look in system > lib > modules > wlan.ko
cp it to your desktop
ADB: (you don't have to even worry about rebooting, it works immediately after you push the file)
change to the directory you have put it, and type:
adb remount
adb push wlan.ko /system/lib/modules/wlan.ko
adb shell sync
FOR TERMINAL:
put the wlan.ko in the root of your sdcard
su
mount -o rw,remount -t yaffs2 /dev/block/mtdblock3 /system
cp /sdcard/wlan.ko /system/lib/modules/wlan.ko
reboot your system (actually it worked instantaniously for me,
THANKS JAC AND DRIZZY AND EVERYONE, you all rock i wouldn't know how to do this without all of you (lucid, haykuro, stericson, everyone)

I was using that one but I hated how it didn't adjust to 24hr and it didn't use the flip animation until I tried this:
Thank you, didn't notice that the gps wasn't on, now the HTC clock widget works perfectly...
Thank you the remix is running smooth, audio is working for camcorder aswell.
someone had mention before and they are correct this is running as smooth as cyan, and without any configurations tweaks.
