Don't let go of any bottons till it goes into recovery mode. Good luck. Relax, you can fix it.

Have you tried putting it into download mode and using ODIN to flash it? (vol-down + home + power)

You can get a stock rom from sammobile.com.

EDIT; I got back into recovery mode after finally figuring out what I did wrong. It turns out I had to let go of all three buttons after the "Recovery Booting..." appeared.

I just did a "Wipe data/factory reset." Do I need to just reboot now, or should I try restoring again?

Restore the most recent backup, and if that fails:

I would suggest just flashing the phone using ODIN, there are plenty of guides around which will take you through the flashing process. sammobile.com makes it very easy to find the stock ROM for your phone, so it'll be easy to flash it back to its original state!
