Nexus 4 wifi disconnects

hi my nexus 4 is having problems with the wifi

whenever i connect my phone to wifi it establishes connection and after few minutes the connection is shown as active but no internet access so i have to reeboot or switch wifi off and on.
i tried everything but still not able to get it working.
i am on stock android 4.4.2
so please help anyone ????

Did you try different Wifi? Is the problem the same at home, at work, at McDo ...? Or just at home? Maybe it's a dynamic IP assignment conflict or something.
