Getting ready to flash this on my Cleanrom build. I was wondering if there is a preferred app for setting voltage and governor settings. I use the purchased version of android tuner on my phone and was going to use it on the tablet.

I use system tuner pro
Antutu has an cpu app

But use what you like... I think

I've got a video uploading now to help with all this. I'll post once it's done ;)

BTW were there any successful attempts with OCing exynos 5420 lately? From what I know it throttles heavily or is this kernel just for UV?

I'm guess that your tweaks are deemed optimal for the uv, etc. We don't have to adjust these ourselves to move away from stock values?

Not quite sure of the question. All the tweaks work with or without undervolted cpu. Best to stick to the settings I provided though and I'll keep this thread updated if I find anything new in regards to optimal performance for future kernel updates. How does that sound ;)

Didn't know if that was aimed at me looking back lol I thought you was referring to the tweaks on page 10 of the mega blast rom my bad

Perfect bud, I don't wanna be tweaking things I have no idea of, I normally go for the tweaks in kernels for display and sound. Fingers crossed this kernel your developing will get these tweaks in the future

NTFS support

Hy Dutch Danny
Your next version of your kernel will include NTFS support for the micro sd card ?
Thanks for your work.
Have a good day.

I'm not here to be consumerfriendly, this is development....
If you have NO CLUE on what i'm writing, use search, but don't ask HERE
If search didn't help, you might better off be on STOCK kernel

    HOWTO FLASH
    1. Download the zipfiles from roms.bindroid.com (Click banner below)
    2. Move those to your Device

    Kernel for Wifi & 3G Users ! ! !
    1. Flash BinDroid-Kernel-SM-P600-P601-XXX.zip
    2. Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache
    3. Reboot

    If WiFi doesn't work
    1. Edit your build.prop located in: /system
    2. Find the line that says: ro.securestorage.support=true
    3. Edit it to: ro.securestorage.support=false
You might have to move your build.prop out of the system, then edit, and place back in /system
There are apps to edit your build.prop as well

If you want to go back
Recover with modded boot.img or stock boot.img

    V2 is online.

Started with a fresh source to start some new mods, and see the result here: V2.0.0

There are NO OC values in this kernel for CPU or GPU.

For me, optimizing the kernel in other ways is more importent. And will result in better use, and save the kernel

You have a boosted kernel, with corrected colour scaling now.... Have Fun

    All info on 1st page

I started my kernel build again.

This will now be tested by me before going live

I will make a test "dir" for those who want to test test-builds
But no reports on xda about test builds

If you want to report on those builds, PM me your google account mail, so I can add you to a hangout.

Fot now we are back to a stock build
