Random touches when screen is cold

i have a question. Since it is winter outside, and temperature goes from -3 to -7, when i use my phone outside it makes random touches becouse the screen i cold. I even wipe the screen thinking there is some moisture on the screen but its still the same. Is there any way to protect my screen from this?

I am also faced same problem. when i feel my temperature or weather is cool then my phone's touch work's randomly.. I want anyone solve this question please.. i think it's very important now for me..
