So as soon as I took it of the charger this morning, systemui fc galore , no matter what I did wouldn't stop it and I went to restore alpha2 and reflash with fc fix and it gave me a md5 mismatch on my backup, does anyone know why the md5 mismatch? I used it yesterday and all I did was rename the folder in cwm folder in my sd to keep it organized.

Make sure the file name does not have a space in it. CWM has a problem with a space in the file name. I had the same issue and made sure I don't put a space in the file name and haven't had a problem since.I tried in the past to rename the backup folders as well and got the mismatch problem, I think it was Rocket42 who first pointed out for me that this may cause an md5 issue. In the future, you may do what I did and index them on a simple notepad sheet to avoid that problem. I was never able, even after restoring the original name of the folder, to get the backup file to work again after I got an md5 mismatch error with it. sorry.

I took the space out and the backup worked, now the rom is still fc'ing systemui very often, when I get a call it wont even display who's calling, I guess I'll be reverting back for now to either seraphim or back to alpha2 that was solid for me.

I had mentioned earlier that I didn't have any phone issues on 3.1,but I did so I rolled back to alpha 2. My incoming calls would fc the phone process. That really sucks too because I was liking the update.
I've tried Seraphim a couple of times and alpha 3 but keep coming right back to alpha 2. For whatever reason Seraphim gives me constant FCs. I can't use a ROM that i can't restore any of my apps to, not apps+data, just the apps. Alpha 2 has been rock solid for me.
yes that was abad RC3 downlad the newer one . I had some bad files in there , phone shuldnt fc anymore . not everyonwe was experiencing it , like not everyone has problems with sms app
I can say that this is the best ics rom available right now. The noteworthy rom have too many bugs as you can tell on on other members experience, we've waite patiently for 2 days for him to post the link and what do we get a half baked rom.
Saves yourself a headache this is the best ics rom so far . I salute the developer of this rom!
Here are some Hybrid instructions with the new pad.prop:
I have found it easier to run tablet UI and push apps to higher than 213 to make them look like normal phone apps and keep whatever works tablet mode untouched. You also have the option to use Phone UI and force apps the apps that have a tablet UI into DPI 213 and under.
The build.prop and pad.prop work as a team.
The line in build.prop:
# for 480x800 panel
ro.sf.lcd_density=
decides if your phone is going to be base tablet or base phone.
-if you put 213 or lower it will be base tablet with the fancy buttons at the bottom of the screen and the pop notification from the lower right.
-if you put 214 or higher it will be base phone with the normal phone look
if you want tablet UI with forcing phone into apps that do not have a tablet UI or look weird in tablethow i do it)
build.prop line should be 213
pad.prop:
pa.system_default_dpi=213
pa.user_default_dpi=(whatever you want, just remember the bigger you go, the harder it is to see text on tablet UI apps)
If you want Phone UI with forcing apps with tablet UI into tablet mode
build.prop line should be 214 or higher
pad.prop:
pa.system_default_dpi=213(this make the status bar and fonts really small)
pa.user_default_dpi=(again, whatever you want, but the bigger you go the harder it is to see text in tablet UI apps)
AND AND AND AND AND
you have to put the apps that have tablet UI into /system/app folder
