You can do it yourself easily !

You have to add the skin to a widget first, then open the widget and remove "Battery Circle" from there.

He called it FlipLightGrey. I renamed it FlippingFlip.

This stauer clock can't be done.
I have tried it.

The problem is Minute hand and hour hand are not on one Layer.Which means if I kept the dial over the hands the minute hand will be covered.

Or if I kept the small minute dial on lower layer than minute hand, The one head of double headed hour hand will get visible on small minute dial.

And According to UCCW Minute hand and hour hand share the same pivot of rotation. Here there are 2 different pivot one for minute hand and other for hour hand.

And the last major problem is the rotation on the hour hand.
According to UCCW hour hand rotates 30 degree every Hour, But here every hour is placed at 15 Degree.
Now when hour hand rotates 30 Degree after one hour which is twice the value required here, and will skip one hour digit every hour.

The white bar along the bottom is the battery bar. Not sure what you mean?

Can't you make a hole on the face so the second hand dial can be put below the face? Then it doesn't matter that the hour and minute hands are on the same layer.
(Hope I understood that right!

...and I realise that doesn't solve issue #2)
