If it really is trev that's causing the issue, then yea you're better off using a different launcher (even the stock ICS one) as B4's treb is missing a lot of features in the most recent version of treb.

Where can I get the latest version of trebuchet(with support of themes)? I've found v0.6 and works alright with our rom but still missing a lot of features.

Simplest way is to grab one from a different CM9 rom.

Problem is that the S7 uses a very uncommon display setup (LDPI WVGA800), I dont think there are many other CM9 devices that use that combo. Android roms are usually built to only include the resources that it actually uses, including every combination takes up more space.

CyanogenMod Downloads

You can simply randomly guess and grab one, a tablet one might work better then a phone one.

Perhaps the cm-9.0.0-RC2-wingray.zip xoom one would work?

Thanks. I tried and this one is really old. Currently the 0.6 one is the best for me. I'll look for others.

I'll have to see if i can reproduce it first, I havnt noticed it (but I havnt been looking)

I think this problem is related to system/etc/wlan but i dont know how to fix this bug. In each boot the Mac address of wifi is different in the last two digits. But the MAC not is my real MAC. Restoring nandroid backup of HC and the MAC work fine.

Greetings

If that is in fact the issue causing this, we would need a kernel recompile with that option turned off.

Download the kernel and compile it.

ifeq ($(CONFIG_BCM4329_GET_CUSTOM_MAC_ENABLE),y)
+DHDCFLAGS += -DGET_CUSTOM_MAC_ENABLE

    Introduction
This is a port of Android 4.0.X for Streak7 [WIP]
The "official" CM9 port requires you to repartition your device to use it. This is a mod that allows it to run on standard partition devices.
Any bugs in the "official" CM9 port will likely carry over, and there is a possibility of the mod creating more bugs.

Do not bug DJ_Steve or Giveen about any bugs in this version.
I will be providing support/changes for using CM9 on devices with stock partition layouts (ie Stock 5xx, HS r7 and newer users)

This version is a mod of the CM9 build by DJ_Steve/Giveen for stock rom partition users.
IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY USING HONEYSTREAK R2-R6, "NORMAL" CM9 (ICS-B4), OR HAVE USED NVFLASH: THIS BUILD IS NOT FOR YOU

If you have installed the prerelease, you are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to do a fac reset after installing.

    Requirements:
    1. A custom recovery:
      • Clockwork Mod 6.0.1.1 (or newer)
      • Team Win Recovery Project 2.2.1.4 (or newer)
    2. A compatable device (see above)

    Install instructions:
    1. Download: update-S7-CM9-b4-mod-2.zip
    2. Copy update zip to SD card
    3. Reboot into custom recovery mod
    4. Select "update from update.zip"
    5. Navigate to update zip
    6. Flash
    7. REQUIRED: Flash Gapps
    8. Finished

    Changes:
    • Removal of gapps (which will be provided in a seperate zip)
    • (Semi) Working /sdcard and /sdcard2 (has some bugs still, but mostly works)
    • Minor polish

    Credits:
    • DJ_Steve for porting CM9
    • Giveen for every random thing :D

    Changelog:
    • Aug 23 2012: Updated install script
    • Jul 22 2012: Released full version
    • Jul 21 2012: Updated instructions
    • Jul 20 2012: Released prerelease 1

I'm not the one doing active maintnence of CM9, but I can tell you that snargledorf is looking at getting the camera working again.

the SoD issue, I dont know if it's the same one as the one that affects the S5.
If it is I'll ask n0p about it as he has a fix for the S5, if it is the same bug it could prob be forward ported.

Oh: yes and I plan on making a version. But not until the rom itself is more stable
