Yeah, that's it. And complementing, just noticed that this happened on BeanStalk also. Only on CyanogenMod this doesn't happen, since it doesn't have the choose side of the button option. So, I'm giving up my perfectionism and will live with this. As you said, hope that 4.3 solves this glitch when this setting is available.
And moving the subject... Does anyone know what I could do to reduce the vibration only from the capacitive keys? Using 1.8 here and the only option to reduce vibration is a general one, located inside Settings>Advanced.
For example, in stock ROMs it's possible to configure exclusively the capacitive buttons inside Sound settings.
