So I have made a huge mistake in thinking I could fix my phone by skimming threads and not reading thoroughly....
The problem
A few days ago my phone would not connect to cell networks (I was using it normally for a few months on CM 10.2) so I did a factory restore still in CM 10.2 that did not fix the issue so I tried it again then my phone went into a bootloop, so at that point I decided to try an RUU and for that I needed to relock the bootloader and have s-on and I did that but I forgot to change the CID and that caused some authentication issues.... I have uploaded a photo of my bootloader screen.
Initial Specs
S-off (revone)

I have tried to flash a number of RUU zips from here (htc1guru.com/downloads/ruu-zip-downloads)
The ones I have tried are listed here;
RUUM7_UL_JB43_SENSE50_MR_Cingular_US_3.17.502.3-decrypted.zip
RUU_M7_UL_K44_SENSE55_MR_Cingular_US_4.18.502.7_R10_Radio_4T.24.3218.09_10.26.1718.01L_release_356565_signed_2.exe
RUUHTCGoogleEdition_3.06.1700.10.zip
Guru_Reset_M7_3.22.1540.1.zip
The Goal
To return to stock to see if the radio failed and possibly return to ATT for a replacement.
What I can do is send commands using fastboot like "fastboot flash zip rom.zip" what I cannot do is any adb shell commands (I assume because wiped the cache partition).
If anyone has some suggestions on a fix to return to stock (any stock will be fine) or how to get another custom ROM on it I would very much appreciate it.
Thanks
