one max . . . can't find internal storage!!

hey
i think my htc one max can't read or find internal storage!!
cant boot my phone...
can't install any thing or push any thing to it...just i can go to recovery and fastboot without can install any thing...

HBOOT 2.49
OS 2.61.707.2

any solution for that??

Can you tell us a little more about how you were unable to find internal storage.

at first: he dosnt boot to the system he boot only 4 fastboot and recovery

in cwm recovery he says in every thing i want 2 do:

E: can't mount / cache / recovery / log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_install
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_install

and i cant install any zip from external sdcard... he give me errors like "status 7 &0" or "error backage" ....
and from internal sdcard he says error cant mount sdcard....
and i cant do wipe or format for any thing...

in bootloader mood he frozen if i press factory reset ... in fastboot at cmd he dosnt accept any zip or any room or any recovery zip or boot or make a erase he just see the mob and i cant do any thing..

at ruu file he reach to "reboot to bootloader" then my mob turn off and dont start again...

PS: my mob is unlocked and i was have root and S-ON.... i tried 2 be S-OFF but every thing failed!!

Sorry about your issues but this is way beyond my knowledge. I'm acting trying to figure out how you manage to get your phone like this. Only thing i can think of is try to in a phone replacement if you have insurance.

This guy may be able to help you @Flyhalf205

Honestly... i dont do any thing,,, suddenly at morning i saw it off and like that,,,
and Unfortunately... i dont have insurance...

download a rom on computer, wipe everything on phone including data adb sideload rom see where that takes you

its unlocked and s-on and cwm recovery and hboot 2.49
its run only to bootloader/fastboot/recovery...
cant install any rom or replace the cwm recovery ....
i try to have s-on but its failed
i try install roms from recovery/fastboot/sideload/ruu ... all of them failed..

at recovery cant do wipe or format or any thing he says:
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_install
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_install

but when i insert external sdcard and in adb i type "adb shell" then "mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 /sdcard" and "mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 /cache"
then in recovery the messages :
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_log
E: can't mount / cache / recovery / last_install
E: can't open / cache / recovery / last_install

disappear!!

but i still cant install new rom or recovery..
and in this case i can push files to internal sdcard but cant install rom he give me errors... some roms give me error "status 7" and other "status 0" and other reach to 77% then frozen ....

@Flyhalf205 any ideas?

Do not try to manually mount the sdcard. It will auto mount it if it can.

You really need a RUU and start fresh.

Status 7 error in the recovery usually means your recovery and rom do not match. Example: Flashing a Verizon rom on a international recovery. Will result in status 7 error.

ohh,, okey.. Thanks
i try RUU he reach to restart to bootloader then my mob turn off and dont start with himself... i try to boot to bootloader manually but the RUU stay waiting for bootloader...!!

and my mob and rom is international,, but h can i know wt is my recovery if international or not??

i try a lot 2 S-OFF it but dosnt work!!
i think S-OFF need a root, right?? and i dont have a rom in my mob so h can i s-off it??
i try Rumrunner s-off and Firewater S-Off but they dosnt work with my mob!!
and i try temp root but also i cant install it after push it to the mob i cant install it!!

    Make sure your phone is charged. Try holding turn vol u and d and power this will restart your phone is it stuck.
