Joking aside, there have been many cases where the response has been different. You will never know until you actually come across a situation where you have to give the phone in for warranty and get it repaired.
i was in the office to IE is what i had to use. :P
my dear cousin tripped his knox warranty counter few weeks back, while flashing firmwares and rooting them over and over again.
recently his i9505 camera and flash stopped working so he had to send it in to the service centre, with the knox warranty still tripped.
few days later he got a call saying his phone was ready for collection and nothing was mentioned about the knox warranty counter.
he later checked and the counter was still tripped, so samsung did nothing about it and still honor the warranty.
maybe different service centres in different countries have different warranty issues about the knox thingy?
