Do you have a V500 or V510? I have a Sandisk SDHC Class 10 32gb card on my V500 and it works fine...

Thanks for reply?

I would try to format it to fat32. Also, what are you using it for? If you want to move apk's, you will have to use something like link2sd. If it is just for media, no worries.

I have V-500.I'm using for media storage.I love watching video with my G Pad.But I can open them full-length only once after copied. After that G-Pad said "sorry can't play this video".For movies,i have no problem because i watch only once and delete it.But for music video,i watch them many times so do i have to copy again and again?Or samsung sd card not work on G-Pad.

This isn't normal. I would first try a different player. If it's not the player, then I would suspect a corrupted SD card. Have you used the sdcard on another device? I mean, a current device. Doubtful it is the tablet, but you never know.
