Newbie looking for how too or a few to set rom, root and accessories for Jeep Rubicon

I have a 2013 jeep rubicon wrangler and I have my nexus 7 mounted with proclips Bd using cig to charge and aux in. I started looking at what some have done with roms and accessories and am blown away. I have spent hours surfing and I am Techy but a lot of the acrynoms and best route to go is confusing me. Any help would be great. Plan is Nexus 7 2012 would stay permenant in Jeep. Here is what I am looking for.
1. Best rom for driving (links would be great).

2. Best Root.

3. Hard wire for charging.

4. Anyway to hardwire into radio? Of not can the BT do 2 connections at once.

4. BT on always for TQ pro

5. Anyway to integrate into stearing wheel controls.

6. Rear camera. If I can do more then 1 I would like to put rock Krawling camera on.

I have iPhone for hot spot.

I would like to set it up and be done

Best maps that can be downloaded before jeeping would be great.


List of hardware and best place to get it would be great.

List of good links or directions would be great

Any other recommendations for off-roading and perm car install would be great.
