Bluetooth issue
Hello everyone.
Just flashed LSZ, i'm having big problems with bluetooth:
it repeatedly connect and disconnect from my speakerphone, but only when bt connection is in idle. While i'm on a phone call or while i'm listening to music from the phone it works like a charm.
With ICS i never had any issues like this.
I'm on stock rom, is there something i can do to resolve di issue?

edit: ok, i figured out it is a "share contact" related issue: if i deny contact sharing from my addressbook to the speakerphone, everything works fine... any idea?

I hard reset it before I even updated it to LM5. It's suffering from major lag. Other than transition between home pages and launching app drawer, everything else lags. I can see lag between app transition. It lags my swiftkey3 keyboard. It also takes at least half a second to take a screenshot after I "swiped" the screen.

dont do battery pull, wait for system to shutdown properly
if it does get stuck flash safe kernel and wipe factory/data, cache and dalvik cache.

In other words there is no "solution" yet for this?
I keep seeing mention of a new boot loader... Is this an option?

Yeah I was also stumped with the same "problem" to - but it's actually not a problem. Go to Settings -> Language and input and then click the "cog" next to the Keyboard you are using and untick "Key-tap vibration". Enjoy

I am on Criskelo ICS ROM, and have the country code DBT (Germany) assigned to my Note. Since I am rooted and all, is there a way I can update my phone with the OTA or Kies method using the German JB release, without going back to stock German ICS ROM?
I don't see the system update function in my "About Phone" menu, so what's the code to force the device to check for updates? I am in the US.

Ok so I experienced boot loops using the LSZ file from sammobile. Somebody stated that there are no boot loops if upgrading thru Kies.
So I did the following:
1. Flashed the stock LRT using pc odin. Proceeded until the phone boots completely and went thru the initial setup.
2. Connected thru kies. Kies needed updating itself before firmware can be updated. I had to redo the update of kies 3 times as there was always an error of some kies program that cannot be stopped.
3. Then proceeded to update firmware to LSZ. This also had problems. The first prioblem was that when the note was alrteady on download mode, a pop up came out stating that the phone was "not recognized by the pc and that I should disconnect the note, remove and reconnect the battery and try to upgrade again".....what a B*****T kies! Second problem the download of the file stuck up at 47 % as to why I don't know.
4. So I again repeated the update and since it was already deep in the night I left the note to update by itself and went to sleep. I did not care for the errors,etc.
5. When I woke up I saw that the update was successful and proceeded with the initial setup. Then went thru the battery removal trick to test for boot loop.
NO BOOT LOOP.....so far anyway.

Update: I installed the DBT/LSZ ROM via OTA, and the root is gone. How can I get root back?
I find the LSZ ROM to be laggy.
