data disappeared from sd

I use flb 10b rom, and partition mod to have 300 mgb for apps. I buys three new 4gb sd card and format card on fat32. I install rom all clean, and when i turn off my phone all my apps on sd, music, pictures form sd are gone.... Does anyone has this problem, and how to fix that?
