I dont know if anyone noticed....I found glitches and stuttering on edges of the animationOtherwise it look awesome.
yeah i have the same issue. every boot animation i have tryed does that
i will stick with the black htc bootanimation for now, the edges are good there.Only us with this issue, or is it with every one x?

Using the landscape mode. Animation look nice, and no stuttering or glitches...

Really? Can you make a video? It works for me and some others fine.
Maybe you have a display issue ?!
You can have it just download this grab your boot animation from system extract pull out txt file put into new boot animation and replace

They will but you have to edit the txt file to match your phone resolution its very easy

I was looking into turning my One X into a Glados (from Portal) themed phone.
I already have found and replaced many sounds including bootsound and I am now looking for some boot and down animations. Does anyone have an aperture science boot or something among those lines?

How to flash the bootanimation.zip
ADB
Install the Android SDK!
Make sure that the bootanimation.zip is in the same folder as the adb.exe and this stuff (should be platform-tools)
For example:
Code:adb push c:\sdk\platform-tools\bootanimation.zip /data/local
or
Code:adb push c:\sdk\platform-tools\bootanimation.zip /system/media
Root Explorer
Just copy the bootanimation in /system/media or /data/local.

Hi peeps,
So here it goes. I've spent a bit of time going and finding all these boot animations from different pages on XDA forums so I am NOT at all going to take credit for creating these and don't actually know who the original authors are. The only thing I would appreciate would be a thanks for the 4-5hrs I spent editing most of these bootanimations to optimize them for the HTC One X & editing certain parts of the video out to make it more relevant to the device.

Try not to extract the .zip as you might do a mistake, just copy the desc to your desktop or so, edit it and put it in there again.
BTW, the desc writing style in ICS and GB is different, just search for it..
