Flashing a .ftf file normally takes, what, 5minutes? last time it took flashtool 4,5 hours to flash Generic ICS.

Any ideas on why this is? I'm currently flashing .42 GB back to go back to custom ICS roms, and it's now been 1h30minutes and it's on 7%..

I already turned my antivirus software off, I read somewhere that would help but it doesn't..

Did you find out why is it so slow? i got a new, faster pc with windows 7 (last was xp) and now its soooooooooooo slow pls tell me how to solve this

Use flahtool 6.8 or 6.10
