I'm having a problem.
I have 2 of these phones and installed this on mine and works fine. The other one, slow as hell to boot, run sluggish and locks up after running one app and battery pull is required.
Weird part was, last night it worked fine. I restored all SMS and today its all gone.
Weird??? And the new phone got the software update message, mine didn't.
The new phone has like 6 apps on it mine has over 50. I'm gonna reflash and see what happens.
Edit. Reflashed and it seems good so far. I'm wondering if you need to delete the system update files BEFORE a system update shows up as a notification? Mine didn't have a notification this morning but I did delete it this morning so I don't get one and my phone is still working OK. The wife's wigged out.
She's mad tho she had to take her pos HTC device to work today ....broken screen and all lol

Sometimes a reflash is all you need. I don't think the update notification caused any problems. Likely a coincidence. I got rid if the files for that after getting it, cleared the notification and haven't seen it since. No troubles with it.

That is the one thing that can be said to be missing from this ROM. It would be nice to choose toggles. Of course, when we get ICS, there are apps for that.

Here is the file I used to flash it to my phone. Best ROM so far IMO since battery life is my main concern. Wish it supported changing CPU voltage from setcpu and GPU overclocking as well as the Bravia Engine but those are my only issues.

You could always flash a different kernel that supported those, but the synergy kernel goes a long way in this ROM's battery life.

Thought about it since my battery life was crap at first losing about 5% an hour with the screen off. Os after an 8 hour work day it would be at 60% if the phone wasn't used. After some searching I saw some need to reflash the rom for some reason. I always follow the dev's instructions on flashing their rom so I did it again. Now the battery life is almost as good as my ATT SGS2 before I sold it and switched to TMobile. I unplugged my phone at 100% and slept for about 6hours and it only went down 4%. Battery life is very pleasing.
