OK I am gonna put an end to this. You have been nothing but rude and argumentative. You might want to rethink your attitude from here on out when posting in these forums.

Now your question has been answered. The option is not there in all roms.

As for your rom not mattering. You don't know how wrong you are. Each rom has the options that the Dev wants. They remove any they don't use. So the rom could have the option stock but in my version of it the option is removed because I don't use it.
