Can anyone tell me how to get this ROM working its really cool but I don't know how to fix the force closing or I don't really understand it I'm a noob thanks in advance

First, did you fully wipe before flashing? Second, all ICS roms are still in Alpha, meaning you WILL have bugs like that. Nothing you can do about it until we get an official ICS build to go off of.

Points to this dude they are very alpha build , maybe a fix permissions in recovery and a cache wipe. Other than that if they aren't dominant apps just uninstall them
