I only ask as that's what I use..badass/sio 1.51/384 I know benchmarks don;t tell the whole story, but I find this combo to be the most consistant, smooth in everyday use and in scoring in the 8000-8200 range on quadrant on my phone. Especially graphics wise, the FPS rates mimic the stock kernel (and actually surpass them a little now). Other governors they tend jump up and down/high and low a lot more during the test.

My favorite all-around governor is badass and smartass (not in current release though). sio and noop are the best schedulers to use IMO as they were designed specifically for solid state devices.
Yeah, on DSB's Kernel (currently on) I'll run badass/sio on Elkay's I'll run either ondemand or msm with noop
I'm on viper running this kernel. Can't seem to get S2W to work. Even after I enable it.. Any ideas.. On the latest viper and kernel

I'm assuming you updated busybox at somepoint. If so, you need to install an older version of busybox. I believe 1.18.2 is the one I installed to get it working.

Have you updated Busybox? Comments in the Viper thread pointed to that as a possible cause of S2W problems.
You are swiping the soft keys left to right from Back to Home, right?

Does sleep2wake have any effects on battery life? I would think there would be a constant wakelock on the screen to keep it ready to interpret your finger, but idk. I'm just curious

120Okay folks, no fancy graphics or information here. Searching this site will tell you any of the generic information you may be interested in. I am not going to clutter up things any more than I normally do. Which is already enough.
I need to make something very clear here. I'm sure it's just me, but I feel like I need to say it out loud, rather than just leaving it in my source. At least 90% of what I give you is other peoples original work, modified by me to run on whatever device I have. I don't do it to look smart, or be important, I do it 9 times out of 10 because there isn't something already out there. The vast majority of the options I give you are from amazing coders like show-p1948 and faux123. There are random snippets from others too. This time Zarboz contributed a lot in the beginning. I just wanted to make that clear. If you ever wanna know exactly who did something I put into a kernel, go look at the source. If I cannot get the original commit, with them as author, they are listed in the comment. If nobody is there but me, I actually did it.
So, here you go:
Droid DNA Cubed Kernel 3.1.3
Installation:
1. Unzip the file you downloaded.
2. Copy the Modules zip to the SDCard.
3. adb reboot bootloader
4. fastboot flash boot <file> (This will depend on where you unzipped to.)
5. Use menu on phone to go to recovery.
6. Flash Modules file in recovery.
7. Reboot
8. Profitt!
Please Note: This kernel removes some stock files you will need to use other kernels. Please flash this file before flashing anything else to return everything to stock.

17Just wanted to let you all know I am still around.
Thanks sooooo much to all of you who helped me keep the lights on. I think I have made an arrangement that will keep that going.
I'm sorry to have let my soap opera of a life leak onto this thread, but I didn't want to just disappear if the power went off.
I continue to await new source from HTC so I can update this thing.
In the mean time I will be off looking for ways to feed myself, so don't think I have abandoned you. Things are still very tough here. But I am still around.
And thanks again for all the help! You guys literally kept my lights on at a time when I expected to be living in the cold and dark.
