Well I have to say it.I have program wich i can download any thing is paid from play store games, app, themes too so any one want the program post massge to me

If anyone really wants this theme they should buy it, not get it from a wanker like you who simply piss on others work... If you never made a full theme yourself you can't know how hard and time consuming it is... Respect themers, without them your devices will look like on the first day you got your phone...

Copy file libdrawglfunction.so to /system/lib then set permission to rw-r--r--
Copy 2 files SecLauncher2.apk and BadgeProvider.apk to /system/app then set permission to rw-r--r--
Reboot

I searched all cm10.1 threads but if its somewhere in middle then its hard to find and Google is not so helpful
