I'm with them - why and what would you do to improve that wouldn't make it a brand new flagship phone?(or M8 Max)

Hopefully they can improve the build quality too. If this new device is coming out glad I sent back my trial M8
Updated memory and camera maybe? They could also get rid of the HTC branding on the front, make the device a little smaller with the same amount of screen.
Strange that they would release one so close to selling the M8. Could explain the rush in production.
Would also damage the phone sales of the M8 which would seem a strange decision.
Panic maybe....
It isn't the products. It's the marketing. Until they get a better marketing strategy they'll never take on Samsung. Plus they don't have the financial clout to take them on. Samsung spend big bucks advertising their products
