[ROM] Unofficial CM9 for Supersonic Nightlies

Crackle does indeed work, HBO Go works, YouTube works, Hulu works...Netflix does not
So it does look like its pretty much been kernel all along for the video issues. Can anyone on a pre-29 build see if gallery detects and pics/videos?

Also, I figured out why terminal was broken. its fixed and will be so in next nightly....Possibly going for milestone since all the video stuff working now
It's netflix apk problem, no other Rom can fix it untill the app is compatible with any ics out there.

So im still running 5-27 and the gallery is detecting pictures and seems to be working as its supposed to be.
Also jmz is right its not Netflix has to be rom or kernel involved as netflix works on my CM9 HP Touchpad.

Hey OP, gallery is working flawlessly on my 5/29. Gallery is NOT universally broken. As always, thx!
Edit: Full function gallery incl native vid playback (w/sound)

Had a feeling with the additional source code. Onward and upward, jmz. hey guys I am on milestone 25, cnt get mms, it says its downloading for a sec and just goes back to where its not doing anything, i read few posts back that if you are on wifi you wont be able to get them but im not, im on 3G.

I would suggest flashing another Rom and see if it still does it. It hasn't been reported so it might be a carrier issue

Directions:
Wipe Data, Cache, and system (optional but recommended, this will be the first question if you have FCs or random reboots)
Flash the ROM
Flash GApps
Reboot into the system (first boot will take several minutes)

****Ensure you have a EXT2, EXT3, or EXT4 partition on your sdcard first
1. Flash Rom
2. Flash Gapps(If desired)
3. Flash Apps2SD patch
4. Boot into system and run A2SD GUI
5. Choose option to move apps to SD
6. Phone will reboot
7. If you get market force close use terminal and type su then mkdir /cache/download
8. Profit

dougpiston - for showing me the error of my ways23Ok, im gonna squash this now. Even Wimax stuff is relative to the device. I.E. you can't use Evo 3d stuff on Evo 4G. This was confirmed through toastcfh, who did the wimax for both GB and ICS. He wrote the wimax for Evo 3D, which is a EMMC device. Evo 4G is a MTD device. So therein lies the problem. Why? I don't know. But the man himself said it most likely wont work on a MTD device. That is all I can really go on. I definitely don't have the skills to rewrite Wimax. So basically wimax is dead.
This thread has gone on far too long without mod interaction. So please don't let it begin now.
