That odin restore file is not yet available. No one knows when we will be able to get a hold of that.
so, what can i do? wait?
i´m not sure if my phone is UCUCN2
do you have this file to odin too N900AUCUBMJ5
to make a test, maybe can fix my problem

I'm starting to think I will need to work for Samsung just to be able to supply the scene with what they need.
I have the att note 3 and I have the MLG version. Kitkat. Is that a official att version?

MLG is the leaked version of kitkat. You can still use this tutorial to downgrade - http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2559715
NC2 is the stock locked down kitkat. You can not downgrade back to MJ5 once upgrading to NC2
So now that I am on MLG I have to downgrade in order to go to NC2? Is this correct?

Yes you have to do the "restore to mj5" method in order to update to nc2. Or you can see a Samsung rep at best buy and have them update you.
Mj5 is an official 4.3.
