[Q] [N9005] [Hong Kong] 4.4.2 concerning problem

I wanna ask that if my n9005 already has the latest stock rom (4.3) , and i want to flash 4.4.2. Do I need to double wipe before flashing?

No. But if everything is stock, why not just perform an OTA update instead of flashing?
