No use waiting. Its not easy writing the libs or making a driver for the cam. So literally thats an impossible task.

Devs for ZTE Blade seem to have made some good progress re camera. Perhaps our devs could pick up the final piece of the puzzle from them? I'm sure that if Wayland, Lagloose etc studied how they got to where they are they could adapt their work to our "superior" device.
+1Wayland actually has a ace, and the ZTE blade has a way different camera sensor, so that won't work.

-Don't restore alarm with titanium backup.
-Use link2sd
-Disable music fx

Since Maclaw will have an Ace now, there is a great chance for the camera to be fixed.
And, if Mini has a maintainer, I think It'll work without much hassle.
And is Squadzone leaving or something? Did he fix his bricked mini?

- I've no backups made on Titanium Backup, which is strange
- Downloaded the app, but many of my downloaded programs are all on the SD card. The error still appeared and I don't know which section of the phone internal storage is being utilized
- I've checked on the Settings and DSPManager is used instead of MusicFX.
Doesn't the Galaxy R use the same camera sensor as the Ace ?
This was sent from a Galaxy Ace. Problem?
sorry for off topic but as a suggestion in thread title why dont you put [no camera] or [camera not working] or something to that effect as this may stop the continuous "the camera doesnt connect" or "my camera no longer works" "does camera work" questions? ..... just a though it may work?
Sorry another noob problem. I have a connect to camera problem. Anybody have any idea?

—strange indeed
—can't you use the storage option in settings to find out?
—you have to completely disable it, not just choose another.

- I wiped the Clock data via Titanium backup and that error doesn't appear any more. But speaking of data, wiping Dalvik cache returns directory doesn't exist on CWM. I checked the data folder but there is no dalvik-cache folder. Is there another way to locate the directory?
- I tried doing so, but it won't elaborate on the Apps directory, which is taking 118MB/ 178MB. I've configured Link2SD to download apps to the external storage but still no dice(Play Store download issue)
- I decided to remove MusixFX since the process tends to run by itself without any consent.
On a side note, is it normal when the battery percentage jumps to an abnormal value when charging? Say if I were to charge it from 16%, it would straight change to 56% within a few minutes. I've wiped battery stats before but nothing seemed to happen. Seems like users with custom ROMs are not alone.
so this was yesterday morning / early afternoon and you still havent released the changelog
why lie to us
p.s mod's stop deleting my posts on this thread when you accept them everywhere else !!! at the end of the day we aint allowed to ask ETA's so why are dev's allowed to lie and give us false information about release times of information / roms !!!
