Can't remove safestrap startup

Hey guys,

Just got a used Razr M that was rooted with safestrap 3.05 v. 2.2.2.1. I unrooted the phone and can't seem to get rid of safestrap. There's no app icon or apk on the phone for me to uninstall safestrap. I was going through the recovery menu and could not find anything on how to remove safestrap. When I turn on the phone, it says safestrap disabled - 10 second countdown, then the phone starts its normal sequence. It's running stock jelly bean at the moment. Any advice guys?

You gotta re-root and install the safestrap apk, then uninstall it from there
