Default Anker 1750mah Replacement Battery

Hello,

I've had terrible battery life on my GSII for the longest time now. I've tried countless ROMs, Kernels, Modems, combinations and nothing has worked. At this point I'm fairly convinced it's a hardware issue. The cheapest/easiest route is to replace my battery. I know the Anker 1900 mah comes well recommended, but has anyone tried their 1750 mah model?

Here's the one I'm looking at specifically:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Anker-Batter...item3371b0867e

I'm hoping it's the "1900 mah" battery that's gotten so many good reviews, but properly labelled this time around. Any thoughts? Anyone have this battery?

Thanks!

I have the anker 1900mah. It is a tight fit. I didnt have any problems with it but case/cover extended battery are a more practical way to go.

Just buy a case/cover battery from ebay ... it will add another 2200mAh to your existing battery.. .while it is bulkier, it is not that unuseable. It will keep your phone powered for at least 8 hours under intense usage.... (a lot more hours if you do not much)... When the case battery is drained down, you can easily remove it and have your old phone back.

But to extend the life of your battery on your phone, you are better off running it down to 40% before attaching the extended case battery. The case battery will automatically charge your phone battery back to 100%, while it gets drained down. And itself will run out first. This way you minimize the time spent with the bulk.

I'm going to go ahead and order the 1750 mah later today. Once they come in I'll let you know how they perform!

I've been using the Anker 1900aMh for about a year, got two & a charger for £15 from Amazon. I highly recommend them, last longer than original & having a spare in the pocket makes it certain I NEVER RUN OUT of gas

I've never had the 1900 mah model. There are many threads though that have said it's good.

The 1900 mah is supposed to be a tight fit with the standard battery cover. My 1750 mah batteries should be coming in today so we'll see how they fit.

If you drain your battery down too much or leave it empty uncharged, that can happen
