So I have to give the answer to myself...
So I have all done and it works fine.
And so I have done this:
PC/Laptop/Share has to be in the same network, same router, W-Lan-Lan.
Check under windows 7 the Securitysettings in Networkcenter, there is as standard for connections by sharing Username AND Password needed.
Create a new account on PC like asus and set a password.
Go to the directory you like to share, click right on it, go to advanced, look for Register "share" set a name for sharing, go to advanced share, klick on the top on "share this directory",
click on Authority (dont know, right word for english systems?), click on "add" in the cooming popup write the name from the new account and let ist proof. Than click on OK, click on overtaking (right/wrong word again?) or OK next window again Overtaking, OK OK again, than close the Windows.
Check the status from the sharefolder, is it free for sharing?
First, I dont think, that the pad/phone dont has to be rootet. In my case the tab is mountet and Superuser is installed, and Superuser has asked me for permission for CIFS Manager. So dont know, how it is with unmountet systems.
Take your Tablet/Android Phone and go to playstore, look for cifs manager and instal it.
Go to settings only mark cifs modul start (starts cifs on every start)
Than create a new mount.
Type the Adress to the share like: 18.104.22.168/Music
Correct mountpoint for using with the players is: "data/media/0/cifs/Music
Write the new accountname you have createt on PC like: asus.
Write the Password from the new account from PC.
Click on save mount.
Than click on the new mountline, the directory is mountet.
Than start the Player you like and go to directorys, set the directory the Player has to scan. With thounsends of MP3 and so on, it needs a verry long time for this scanning job.
If the scan has finnished, you have to demark automtic scanning in this mount foulders, if the files not can be mounted, maybe you are not at home, and you start the player, there comes many errors...
