Yes, it's called factory reset. You can do this in any rom or via CWM/TWRP.

No, I know that. I'm talking about the zip that formats system, data, cache, dalvik cache and everything for you.

Is it that hard to wipe each one manually while in recovery? The options "are" there to do so.

Did you not notice his previous phones? The UQI (User Quality Index) isn't as high for other phones as it is for the Epic.
