I'm gonna try it in a sec, the mms app I've currently installed crashes on sms messages longer than 160 characters.

Edit: Looks like I don't have any issues with this one.

As always, fantastic work.

I know that some devs find it rude for people to make requests, but I'd really like to get the HTC Mail application on here. Would it be possible to have that as an additional add-on menu item in the installer?

This ROM, while already heads-and-shoulders above the rest, would only be made that much more glorious with the HTC Mail app.

If I can pull the app from ARHD (as I'm thinking that's what this ROM is based off of given the system info that ext4 pulls when making backups) or another Sense 3.6 ROM and push it to this ROM, let me know. I don't mean to request more more more.

If, however, it isn't too much trouble to bake that into the installer, I'd be thrilled to see it in v-next.

yes you can pull it from ARHD could you try it and tell me if it only need the apk to work or if it needs more then just the apk (like libs) if you get it working tell me what files you used and ill add it to addons

this goes to anyone if you want something htc pull it from ARHD rom and if you get it to work tell me what files was needed and ill add it to addons

nice so the Mms bugs are all fixed with that patch ill add that into the next version along with the new apex beta launcher (tested the new beta all day and just as stable)

do people still have problems syncing there contacts if yes i can give you a patch to see if it fixes that

My pleasure. Will try it today and report back. If you didn't need libs for the Calendar app, I'm guessing you won't for the Mail app, but we'll see.

As I was messing around with the Mms.apk, I decided to look for one in black with blue ICS (like) colors, i found one that works for me in this post in a Nexus S thread. No problems so far.

Can I flash on this rom Leedroid Tweaks to get customizable status bar with sense quicksettings and ability to change recent apps background? Will I have aosp settings menu?

all ui is aosp including the status bar
in settings you can add more to your quick settings

like in the screenshots in post 1

No, its senseless so it has very minimal sense on it. Most sense framework tweaks wont work.

Sometimes I get a message not sent I have to resend it that's the only other bug I found
Everything else is flawless I can't say about sync cuz my contacts sync and for Facebook sync I use haxsync from the market works great
