In may there ceo said none of there devices would have locked bootloaders anymore. Htc is saying att did it and they lock all of there phones bootloaders. Which obviously is not true ours is not. And no samsung phones are. And att is saying htc did it. The rogers version the radar is exactly the same as the vivid and it can be unlocked on htcdev.com yet not the vivid
That sucks... I guess until HTC or att does anything you can't blame either. Hopefully it gets unlocked.
