No you will need to follow a specific method that involves a patched boot.img in order to take the OTA (assuming that Moto doesn't patch it before the OTA and leave us orphaned again). Lemme grab a link....

^^ that will enable you to flash 206 coming from any new ICS leak (84,85,203,204,206)

We can only hope that it will work on the OTA from Moto/Vz. We are optimistic that it will work but we can't know for sire until it comes out
