Ok, I have an ATT LG Optimus G, it has 4.0.4, build number IMM76L, I already rooted and unlocked the bootloader using FreeGee, I've installed CWM.

I came from a large number of Moto phones, and I never used or modded an LG (except the N4), is safe to flash the ATT debloated ROM, for me? I heard of some ROMs that need to be on JB OTA, but I can't update from the phone and I don't find the update zip from here, just asking...

When I use this Rom, is there anyway I can get my apps and games n stuff back instead of installing everything one at a time?

Also the att Rom does work ls970 right?

Use titanium backup. Its a free app from play store. You can back up multiple apps at a time and restore them all at once. There's probably lots of guides on using it online

Yes, you can. Camera will not work, probably will have to install ATT modem.
