Maybe it was a corrupted download or you forgot to wipe

Did you forget to wipe your data, cache, and dalvik cache before you flashed. Also are you sure your downloads are not corrupted

I would just use Supernexus 4.2.2 plus AOIP kernel whitescreen fix or if you want 4.1 use camcorys 4.1.2 build
