[ROM] [4.4.4] ParanoidAndroid 4+

This ROM uses the CM11.0 msm8974 kernel​

FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. POWER OFF THE PHONE
2. HOLD VOL+ AND PLUG USB TO BOOT INTO FASTBOOT (BLUE LED)
3. fastboot flash boot boot.img (from zip file)
4. fastboot reboot
5. ENTER RECOVERY (on boot led will be violet for 3'', during this period press vol+)
6. FACTORY RESET
7. WIPE CACHE & DALVIK CACHE
8. INSTALL ROM AND GAPPS
9. REBOOT

PA 4+ UPDATES DO NOT NEED A FACTORY RESET,
JUST WIPE CACHE AND DALVIK CACHE.

:good: Nice to see another ROM for our Z1.

Are there any known bugs or "flaws"?
Got some problems with my camera with CM11.

If there aren't any known bugs/flaws I'll definitely give it a try.

Quick question!

Do we need to use a certain baseband or such? Like downgrade from KK to jelly bean prior to flashing?

If I have c6902 I probably have to flash the fix afterwards right?

Nothing.. just full wipe.. including system and everything else and then flash this after Flashing the ROM (Only for C6902 Users) http://xdaforums.com/showthread.php?t=2614645

Is it a question? Ru sure u did a clean install.. Working fine on mine.

Yeah, I followed the instructions and it wouldn't let me turn on bluetooth for some reasons.

Edit: I've reinstalled the rom twice, clean cache twice and clean dalvik twice and it is working fine!

Try to flash again..
1. POWER OFF THE PHONE
2. HOLD VOL+ AND PLUG USB TO BOOT INTO FASTBOOT (BLUE LED)

9. REBOOT


After 5th point in Recovery go to mounts and storage and then Format boot, format system, format catche, format data, format everything u see.. Except SDcard1 (ofc).. And then move to 6th point.

Camera working fine.. Same as other AOSP ROM'S

The active notifications is not supposed to work on the z1? Cause mine don't.

Ru saying about PEEK feature?.. Works on mine.. First u ll have to activate it, go to settings/display/notification peek.. It will work only for 10sec after u get a notification and u just pick up your phone.. Watch the video in OP.

Thanks so much for this. PA was always my favourite rom on my N4, really missed it when switching to my Z1.

I was on CM11 for a while but went back to stock when 4.4 came out. Time to blow the doors off of the bootloader again methinks
