Thinking about buying the Nexus 5, but because I'm on vodafone and the data plans are worse than the states, I download the music from google music to keep on my device (love google music for that)

If I flash a ROM, will that cached music go away? orrrrr isl it be stored in the virtual SD, like pictures and whatnot?

Anyone have experience with this?

Thanks in advance guys!!

generally, on going from one rom to a completely different rom, you have to wipe data before flashing. when you wipe data, itll remove your play music. if you dirty flash, without wiping a single thing, then your music will remain. but do you want to risk dirty flashing a different rom over your current one? :p
